Position Summary

Key Responsibilities
Data Entry and Record Management

Enter and maintain precise records of bookings, payments, and customer communications in careerzynith’s CRM platform.
Perform routine data audits to verify completeness, correct any discrepancies, and uphold data integrity standards.
Generate daily and weekly reports for management, highlighting trends, booking volumes, and any data anomalies.


Appointment Scheduling & Calendar Management

Coordinate and schedule appointments for sales and service teams by contacting leads, confirming availability, and updating shared calendars.
Send timely reminders and follow‑up communications to ensure meetings run smoothly and participants are well‑prepared.
Maintain an organized view of upcoming travel consultations, webinars, and internal training sessions.


Travel Booking & Coordination

Assist clients in planning and booking flights, hotels, car rentals, and activities using careerzynith’s travel booking platforms.
Verify travel details, confirm reservations, and provide clients with comprehensive itineraries.
Collaborate with suppliers and partners to secure the best rates and ensure seamless service delivery.


Customer Service & Travel Advisory

Deliver courteous, knowledgeable support via phone, email, and live chat, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and fostering loyalty.
Offer expert advice on destinations, travel insurance options, and itinerary enhancements to help clients make informed decisions.
Document all client interactions in the CRM to build a complete service history for future reference.


Problem Solving & Issue Resolution

Essential Qualifications
