Duties

β’ Enter and maintain accurate data in the companyβs database.
β’ Assist customers with cash handling transactions as needed.
β’ Analyze customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions or services.
β’ Maintain professional phone etiquette while communicating with customers.
β’ Collaborate with team members to enhance the overall customer experience.
β’ Support office operations by performing administrative tasks as required.
Skills
β’ Strong data entry skills with attention to detail.
β’ Excellent customer service abilities, demonstrating patience and empathy.
β’ Familiarity with office procedures and practices.
β’ Experience with outbound calling is a plus.
β’ Ability to analyze situations and provide effective solutions.
β’ Proficient phone etiquette for effective communication.
β’ Experience in cash handling is desirable.
β’ Proficiency in English, both written and verbal, is essential.
β’ Ability to type efficiently while managing multiple tasks.
β’ Sales skills are a nice-to-have for upselling opportunities.
