**The Role**

As an Experienced Customer Service Advocate, you'll enjoy the flexibility to work remotely from anywhere within the U.S. as you take on some of the toughest challenges in the industry. Your key responsibilities will include:

* Unit cost management activities through financial and network pricing modeling, analysis, and reporting

**Essential Qualifications**
