Remote Entry Level Chat Support (No Experience)
This entry-level remote chat support role is an excellent opportunity for individuals eager to step into the customer service field without prior experience. Youll be assisting customers through live chat, providing support and information on various inquiries they may have.
What You Will Be Doing...
Responding to customer inquiries via live chat, addressing issues ranging from product questions to service-related concerns.
Ensuring customer satisfaction by providing timely and accurate responses.
Assisting both existing customers and potential new customers with their queries.
Contract Length: This role offers ongoing engagement without a fixed term, offering stability and growth opportunities.
Rate: $35 per hour.
Skills/Background Needed:
Access to a device capable of connecting to social media and website chat functions (Phone/Tablet/Laptop).
The ability to work independently while also following detailed instructions.
A commitment of at least 10 hours per week to ensure consistent customer support.
A stable internet connection to facilitate uninterrupted chat support.
Hours Per Week: Flexible, with a requirement of more than 10 hours per week, allowing you to balance work with other commitments.
Location: Remote work online (United States preferred).
