The role involves selling the company’s portfolio of SaaS solutions to various organizations and driving new business while building relationships with executive decision makers.ResponsibilitiesGenerate Net-New Logo business through developing relationships and closing business with executive level decision makersUtilize sound business acumen, strong technical aptitude, and a hunter sales mentalityServe as a trusted advisor by consistently identifying your customers’ needs and pain-points through effective discoveryWork closely with a team of Sales Development Representatives responsible for supporting you with a robust pipeline of qualified sales opportunitiesPartner with Pre-Sales Engineers to communicate and demonstrate the benefits of TeamDynamix’s solutions to decision makersMeet or exceed quarterly and annual sales objectives and KPIsConsistently provide reliable sales forecastsSkills5+ years of SaaS sales experience in the Enterprise space with a documented history of success2+ years of experience in ITSM, or ESM and/or ITAMVerifiable and consistent track record of exceeding sales quota, building strong pipelines, and closing businessMust be able to drive end-to-end sales initiatives from pipeline generation to closeCapable of effectively managing a prolonged sales cycle and persuading a committee of key decision makers to actSkilled in the art of contract negotiationExcellent written and oral communication skills requiredStrong Enterprise level discovery skills and the ability to multi-threadStrong presentation skills and a polished, professional demeanorAbility to travel 50% of the time as needed for prospect engagements and industry eventsSelf-starter and with a relentless work ethicPreferably located in Central or Pacific time zonesBenefitsCompetitive salaryUncapped commissionA dynamic, innovative work environmentCompany OverviewTeamDynamix is a SaaS company that offers process consulting, and managed and implementation services.
