They are seeking an Enterprise Sales Consultant to drive growth, expand market presence, and deliver value to healthcare organizations through strategic sales efforts and customer partnerships.ResponsibilitiesResponsible for growing and developing assigned territory (new business; upselling and cross selling meeting quotas.)Generating leads and prospecting customer relationships through creative sales approach and direct marketing effortsAligning daily activities and practices to effectively meet assigned business objectives and quota using a self-sufficient and planned approachNegotiating and finding effective solutions to questions, requests, and/or points of conflict with both customers and internal stakeholders with a focus on developing and maintaining mutual benefit and lasting relationshipsMoving deals efficiently through Craneware business and legal processes, including contract reviews and internal approvalsDocumenting and tracking of all leads, contacts, opportunities, and activity history consistently and in accordance with Craneware best practices in the CRMConducting research using a variety of database, internet, and industry tools, demonstrating a clear understanding of customer stakeholders and requirements and matching to needs to a proposed solution or solutionsWorking with and contacting customers regarding non-payment of accountSupporting, assisting, or conducting marketing campaigns that support the sales quota achievement objectives and align to territory objectivesTravel as needed to customer sites, trade shows, and networking events - up to 40% requiredSkillsBachelor's degree or higher2+ plus years' sales experience in B2B Sales within the healthcare is preferred plus experience within revenue cycleProven track record in sales & quota attainmentKnowledge of revenue technology within healthcare is a plusProven track record in new business development and lead qualificationsProficiency in Microsoft Excel, WORD, Outlook, PPT, LinkedIn and CRM Software toolsExcellent verbal and written communication skillsDemonstrate creative negotiation, problem-solving, listening and troubleshooting skillsExcellent online presence and LinkedIn skillsBusiness development, sales, marketing, and account management skillsStrong organization and time-management skillsAbility to move work through a complex sales cycle processConflict resolution and attention to detail are key skills for this role2+ plus years' sales experience in B2B Sales within the healthcare is preferred plus experience within revenue cyclePrevious sales training preferredCompany OverviewThe Craneware Group is a software company that offers automated value cycle solutions, professional and appealing services for healthcare.
