[Remote] Enterprise Sales Account Manager, Digital Health

They are seeking an experienced Account Manager for their Digital Health team to manage and grow relationships with digital health and healthcare technology companies, while identifying and closing new revenue opportunities.ResponsibilitiesManage a book of Digital Health accounts, building strong relationships with customer stakeholders and identifying opportunities for retention, expansion, and long-term partnershipDrive new business and expansion opportunities within existing accounts and assigned prospectsSell into digital health companies, healthcare technology organizations, AI companies, and other healthcare innovators focused on care navigation, benefits management, provider discovery, and patient accessOwn customer conversations from discovery through proposal, negotiation, renewal, expansion, and closeDevelop a deep understanding of customer use cases, workflows, business objectives, and success measuresTranslate customer needs into clear business value, positioning H1’s solutions in a way that aligns with customer prioritiesIdentify whitespace within accounts and proactively create opportunities for growthMaintain accurate pipeline, account plans, forecasts, and customer activity in CRMPartner cross-functionally with customer success, product, marketing, operations, and leadership to support customer needs and deliver strong outcomesBring customer feedback, market insights, and use case learnings back to internal teams to help inform product, messaging, and go-to-market strategyOperate with urgency, initiative, and ownership in a lean, fast-moving environmentSkills5+ years of experience in account management, sales, customer growth, or commercial roles within B2B SaaS, healthcare technology, data, digital health, or a related fieldProven ability to manage and grow a book of business, including renewals, expansions, upsells, or cross-sellsDemonstrated success identifying and closing new revenue opportunitiesStrong ability to understand customer needs and translate them into clear business valueStrong communication, discovery, presentation, negotiation, and relationship management skillsSelf-starter with high initiative, strong follow-through, and the ability to operate independentlyComfortable working in a lean, fast-paced environment with evolving priorities and limited formal enablementDemonstrated ability to succeed in a changing environment and adapt quickly to new products, markets, customers, and sales motionsStrong organizational skills and comfort managing multiple accounts, opportunities, and stakeholders at onceWillingness to travel to customers, prospects, and industry events as neededExperience selling or managing relationships with digital health companies, healthcare technology companies, AI companies, payers, benefits organizations, navigation companies, or adjacent healthcare organizationsExperience selling into use cases such as care navigation, benefits management, provider search, patient access, healthcare data, or clinical/provider network solutionsBenefitsVariable commission, based on performanceEquityFull suite of health insurance options, in addition to generous paid time offPre-planned company-wide wellness holidaysRetirement optionsHealth & charitable donation stipendsImpactful Business Resource GroupsFlexible work hours & the opportunity to work from anywhereCompany OverviewH1 is on a mission to connect the world with the right doctors.
