Availability - Monday, Tuesday & Wednesday

9am to 5:30pm

POSITION SUMMARY:

The basic responsibilities of this position include answering incoming telephone calls; logging of all lost and found items, follow up with guests to on all inquiries, filing of all lost and found documentation, maintaining database and shipment of items to rightful owner.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND TASKS
• Answering incoming phone calls and addressing questions pertaining to Lost and Found items.
• Maintain documentation of all incoming and outgoing Lost and Found items.
• Filing of all related Lost and Found documents.
• Performance of regularly scheduled inventories.
• Maintain resort-wide Lost & Found database and making sure items are returned to the proper owner, when claimed. This is to include visits to all lost and found areas throughout resort on a regular basis.
• Reports unsafe activities to supervisor and/or human resources.
• Assist the Security Dispatchers with taking and routing calls as needed.
• Participates in proactive team efforts to achieve departmental and company goals.
• Assist with the filing of daily security reports and logs.
• Assist the security managers with other administrative duties as assigned to include reporting mechanisms used by security management.
• Represents the security department in the resorts Ambassador program.
• Reports unresolved lost and found matters to security management and assists in initiation of all missing property investigaitions.

QUALIFICATIONS
• Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and must be detail oriented.
• Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating maintenance instructions and procedure manuals.
• Carries out any reasonable request by management of which the employee is capable of performing.
• Ability to speak clearly and effectively with outside vendors and employees of the organization.

CERTIFICATES, LICENSES & REGISTRATION
• Must be at least 18 with a valid Driver License.
