The role involves driving sales to hospitals and health systems across the United States, managing complex sales cycles, and building executive relationships to achieve revenue targets.ResponsibilitiesDrive new logo acquisition across US hospitals, health systems, and provider organizationsBuild and execute strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed revenue targetsDevelop and manage a robust enterprise sales pipelineLead complex sales cycles from prospecting through contract negotiation and closureEngage senior healthcare executives, including CIOs, CMIOs, CMOs, COOs, CNOs, and Digital Transformation leadersPosition Impelsys as a trusted digital transformation partnerCollaborate with pre-sales, solution architects, and delivery teams to develop winning proposalsManage RFP responses, executive presentations, and commercial negotiationsRepresent Impelsys at healthcare conferences, industry events, and executive forumsMaintain accurate forecasting and CRM managementSkills10–15 years of enterprise sales or business development experienceMinimum 8+ years selling directly into US hospitals, health systems, IDNs, or provider networks80–100% of career focused on the healthcare provider segmentDemonstrated success in new business acquisition and enterprise account developmentExperience selling one or more of the following: Digital Engineering Services, Healthcare Technology Solutions, Data & Analytics Platforms, Cloud Transformation Services, Interoperability Solutions (FHIR/HL7), Healthcare Platforms and Applications, AI and Digital Transformation SolutionsStrong understanding of healthcare provider operations, clinical workflows, and healthcare IT ecosystemsExperience managing enterprise sales cycles of 6–12 months or longerAbility to engage and influence C-level healthcare executivesExisting relationships within US health systems and hospital leadership teamsExperience working with offshore/global delivery modelsProven ability to navigate complex buying committees and enterprise procurement processesConsistent history of exceeding revenue targetsCompany OverviewImpelsys- driving digital transformation and building innovative solutions across enterprise business applications, digital publishing & BI.
