[Remote] Enterprise Customer Success Manager
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. MentorcliQ is looking for an Enterprise Customer Success Manager to be the primary advocate for champions and program administrators. This role focuses on ensuring customers maximize the value of MentorcliQ’s software and delivering an extraordinary experience for every customer contact.ResponsibilitiesWork with multiple customers across your portfolio of accounts, executing customer success plans to drive product adoption, expansion and long-term customer retentionGuide customers through the onboarding process by identifying key performance indicators, building relationships and configuring MentorcliQ’s SaaS solutions to set our customers up for successMonitor program health and utilization, and coach customer admins on how to maximize the value of their mentoring programs and other functionality available to them on the platformGain a deep understanding of our offering and act as an advocate and advisor in sharing product best practices with our clients to help them realize their goals and overcome challengesCollaborate with the Account Manager to identify and/or develop upsell opportunitiesSkillsAt least 3 years of mid-market/enterprise SaaS software implementation or an equivalent history of increasing customer satisfaction, adoption and retentionOutstanding time and task management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and competing priorities at all timesStrong ability to identify strategic goals and execute on plans to achieve those goalsPrevious experience building strong relationships with external and internal customers at varying levels within an organization - you help others achieve business results and have fun doing itHighly diligent with strong attention to detailSound process improvement aptitude and judgmentAbility to summarize complex issues concisely and adapt to different conversations clearly through both excellent oral and written communicationExperience in the Mentoring/Coaching, Learning and Development, or Talent Development space is a plusFamiliarity with Google Suite, Salesforce and Gainsight is a plusBenefitsVariable compensation and company bonus opportunitiesHealth, dental, and vision plans12 paid company holidays, generous vacation time, and sick/mental health days8 weeks of paid parental leave401(k) with company matchShort-term and long-term disabilityLife insuranceEmployee charitable donation matchingA global team with the flexibility to work remotelyBeautiful home office in downtown ColumbusCompany OverviewMentorcliQ is an employee mentoring software platform that helps upskill and retain employees.
