They are seeking an Enterprise Account Executive, MSP to acquire and expand their presence in the enterprise MSP market, focusing on net new business and building relationships with key decision-makers.ResponsibilitiesDevelop and execute a territory plan targeting net new enterprise MSP accounts, building a robust, multimillion-dollar pipeline from the ground upProspect strategically into large MSPs through outbound motions, leveraging channel partners, marketing, and SDR resourcesLead full sales cycles from prospecting and discovery through demo, negotiation, and closeBecome a trusted advisor on NinjaOneโs platform, delivering compelling discovery calls, presentations, and product demonstrations tailored to MSP operational needsIdentify key decision makers, champions, and procurement processes within target accounts to drive deals to closeDrive cross-sell and upsell opportunities within strategic MSP accounts to grow wallet share over timeCollaborate with NinjaOne channel partners to identify and accelerate new opportunitiesAccurately forecast opportunities in Salesforce and consistently hit or exceed quota in a defined territoryNegotiate deal terms, discounts, and contract structures with leadership approval as neededAdditional duties as neededSkillsBachelor's degree preferred, or equivalent experience10+ years of B2B SaaS sales experience with full sales cycle ownershipDemonstrated success selling into the MSP market; experience with IT operations, RMM, PSA, or related solutions strongly preferredProven track record of sourcing and closing net new enterprise logos, not just expanding an existing book of businessHistory of consistent quota attainment and overachievementStrong prospecting instincts โ comfortable building pipeline from scratch in a defined territoryPolished communication, presentation, and active listening skills; able to engage credibly with MSP owners, operations leads, and C-suite stakeholdersExcellent business acumen and the ability to map NinjaOne's solutions to MSP-specific pain points and growth objectivesExperience with Salesforce or a comparable CRMYou align with our values Curiosity, Integrity, Kindness, Humility, and Builders and are committed to creating an environment where these values flourish in our teamsBenefitsMedical, dental, and vision insurance401(k) planUnlimited PTOLife insurance coverageCompany OverviewNinjaOne serves as an IT platform for endpoint management that enhances productivity, minimizes risks, and lowers overall IT expenses.
