[Remote] Enterprise Account Executive

Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Hex is a company that has rapidly grown its customer base and is now looking to expand its Enterprise Sales organization. The Enterprise Account Executive will be responsible for building new pipelines, driving revenue, and managing the sales cycle for companies with over 2,500 employees.ResponsibilitiesResponsible for building new pipeline and driving revenue within your assigned territoryDeeply understand your customers' business challenges and how to position Hex as the solutionPartner with Sales Engineering to run discovery, demos, POCs, and technical reviewsManage the sales-cycle including lead generation, qualification and other deliverables for closing deals while consistently meeting and exceeding sales goalsProvide input back to engineering, product management and marketingCreate and deliver accurate forecastsSkillsProven track record selling technical software in the data, DS/ML, or analytics spaceUnderstand and be able to teach complex technical conceptsCan speak confidently about the challenges data practitioners encounter in their day-to-day workflowsPassionate / curious about the data & analytics spaceCapable of managing large, complex deal cycles involving multiple customer stakeholder groupsCapable / willing to learn basic SQL (if you haven't already)Possess an enthusiasm for working as part of a team and an ability to partner successfully with cross-functional peers such as product, engineering, customer success, etcBe comfortable in a fast-paced, often ambiguous environmentLove giving and receiving feedbackBased in SF, NYC, or Boston metro areasBenefitsMarket-benched salary & equityComprehensive health benefitsFlexible paid time offCompany OverviewWith Hex, anyone can explore data using natural language, with or without code, all on trusted context, in one AI-powered platform.
