Join us as a Lead AI Software Architect/Engineer - where you will manage the development of AI processes, workflows, models and applications to transform the organization into a high-performance AI first organization.

Key Responsibilities:

Technical Architecture & Development -
Design and develop greenfield AI processes, agentic workflows, and scalable AI infrastructure
Lead cross-functional engineering teams and mentor developers
Build large-scale, high-availability AI applications using modern programming languages (Python, Java, Go)
Collaborate on platform services integration across Revvity products

AI Transformation & Enablement -
Partner with functional teams to identify and implement high-leverage AI workflow transformations
Build custom tools, agents, and automations tailored to specific business needs
Coach teams through progressive AI adoption: awareness → first wins → full transformation → self-sufficiency
Document and scale successful patterns across the organization

Basic Qualifications:
BS/MS Computer Science or equivalent
5-10+ years software engineering/architecture experience
5+ years hands-on AI/ML infrastructure and LLM application development

Preferred Qualifications:
Expert-level Python and Java programming
Proven experience with distributed frameworks (Dask, Spark, Ray) and AWS
Demonstrated success building AI tools that transformed real work processes
Strong coaching/teaching abilities with evidence of enabling others
