They are seeking an Enterprise Account Executive to manage the full sales cycle, build and manage a pipeline, and conduct consultative sales meetings with enterprise fleet customers.ResponsibilitiesOwn the full sales cycle, from prospecting and lead generation through discovery, solution positioning, negotiation, and close with enterprise fleet customersBuild and manage a robust pipelineConduct consultative sales meetings and product demonstrationsTailor proposals that align with customer safety, operational, and risk management goalsManage and grow strategic accountsDrive expansion opportunitiesCollaborate closely with marketing, product, and customer success teams to ensure a seamless customer experienceConduct outbound outreach and respond to qualified inbound leadsForecast and report in the CRMStay current on industry trends and competitive offeringsSkillsProficiency in Sales and Software Sales, with a track record of meeting or exceeding quotas in B2B or enterprise environmentsStrong Lead Generation skills, including prospecting, outreach, and pipeline development across multiple channelsExperience in Account Management, with the ability to nurture long-term relationships, drive adoption, and identify expansion opportunitiesDemonstrated Consultative Selling capabilities, including discovery, needs analysis, solution mapping, and value-based sellingExcellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, with comfort engaging senior stakeholders and decision-makersAbility to work on-site, collaborate cross-functionally, and manage priorities in a fast-paced, growth-focused environmentBachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent practical experienceExperience selling SaaS, telematics, fleet technology, or related solutions is highly advantageousCompany OverviewMANTIS is at the forefront of fleet technology, specialising in advanced connected camera solutions designed specifically for businesses managing vehicle fleets across the UK and beyond.
