The Enterprise Account Executive will drive new business growth with large enterprise provider groups, managing the full-cycle sales process and collaborating with internal teams to achieve ambitious targets.ResponsibilitiesDevelop and manage a strategic territory of enterprise provider group accounts, working in partnership with BDR and marketing teamsEducate large enterprise prospects on Medallion’s solutions, identifying alignment with their unique needsCollaborate cross-functionally with BDRs, solution consultants, subject matter experts, and client solutions teamsBuild and maintain a pipeline of qualified sales opportunities, leveraging Salesforce and other sales tools to meet and exceed targetsMaintain detailed tracking of client interactions, outreach, and next steps in SalesforceStay ahead of market trends and competitive positioning to effectively communicate Medallion’s value propositionSkills6+ years of B2B SaaS sales experience, ideally in a high-growth startup environment4+ years as an Enterprise Account Executive with a proven track record of successfully carrying a $1M+ quotaA history of closing complex six-figure deals and leading full-cycle sales processes from prospecting to closeHunter mentality—proven experience building and maintaining a high-quality, accurate pipelineExceptional communication skills—both written and verbal—with a sharp focus on storytelling and persuasionStrong organizational, collaboration, and coordination skills, with experience working cross-functionally at various levels within an organizationAbility to quickly learn new technologies and articulate their valueHealthcare experience is a plusBenefitsCompetitive equity and benefits as part of the total compensation packageCompany OverviewMedallion automates credentialing, enrollment, onboarding, and compliance to streamline healthcare network operations.
