[Remote] Enterprise Account Executive

This role involves owning the full enterprise sales cycle, building strategic relationships within the education ecosystem, and managing complex sales processes.ResponsibilitiesOwn the full enterprise sales cycle, from prospecting and relationship building through contract negotiation and closureDrive new logo acquisition across the US education ecosystemBuild strategic relationships with school districts, higher education institutions, education networks, and key industry stakeholdersRepresent LeadSquared at education conferences, trade shows, regional events, and industry roundtables across the USDevelop and execute territory plans to generate pipeline and exceed revenue targetsConduct discovery sessions, product demonstrations, business case development, and executive presentationsCollaborate with Product, Pre-Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success teams to drive successful outcomesManage long and complex buying cycles involving multiple stakeholders and procurement processesMaintain accurate forecasting and pipeline visibilitySkills10+ years of enterprise sales experienceStrong hunting and new business acquisition backgroundProven success selling CRM, SaaS, SIS, HRMS, Student Engagement, Enrollment Management, or related technology solutionsExperience managing complex enterprise sales cycles of 10–12 months or longerStrong executive presence with the ability to engage Superintendents, CIOs, CTOs, Enrollment Leaders, Student Success teams, and senior administratorsTrack record of building industry relationships and leveraging events, conferences, and networking initiatives to generate businessComfortable with frequent travel across the United StatesPrior EdTech experience strongly preferredBenefitsCompetitive compensationPerformance incentivesLong-term growth opportunitiesCompany OverviewLeadSquared is a sales execution and marketing automation platform that allows businesses to track, nurture, and manage their leads.
