Rochester Institute of Technology is seeking an Enrollment Systems Application Administrator to create, test, document, deploy, and support software applications for multiple products and platforms. The role involves supporting software solutions, troubleshooting performance issues, and ensuring best practices are implemented for the division.ResponsibilitiesCreates, tests, documents, deploys, and supports software applications for multiple products and platformsSupports software solutions by studying information needs; conferring with users; studying systems flow, data usage, and work processes; investigating problem areas; and following the software development lifecyclePerforms coding, debugging, unit testing, troubleshooting and modification of product softwareParticipates in efforts to identify and implement best practices and data standards for the division.
