[Remote] Engineering Project Manager

They are seeking an Engineering Project Manager to ensure smooth day-to-day operations for clients, supporting various project management and communication tasks within a remote team environment.ResponsibilitiesManage team meeting scheduleParticipate in meetings and perform scribe responsibilitiesMaintain team action list and organization chartFollow up with action items to ensure delivery expectationsSupport status updates and maintain presentation templatesCreate documentation for leadership as well as peer consumptionCreate a clear and concise communication planOrganize team repository site and create process documentationCoordinate project deliverables and maintain version controlTrack and report on workstreamsPerform data collection and investigationSupport team objectives partner with Program manager to develop processes in alignment with the EPM ecosystemSupport Engineering Program Management (EPM) initiatives across cross-functional construction, engineering, and technology workstreamsAssist with organizational change management activities related to construction processes, operational workflows, and technology adoptionPartner with stakeholders to drive process improvements, standardization efforts, and operational efficiencies across project teamsUtilize AI-enabled productivity and reporting tools to improve documentation, meeting outputs, status reporting, and workflow coordinationSupport adoption of emerging technologies, digital transformation initiatives, and AI-assisted operational processes within the EPM ecosystemSkillsMinimum 2 years of experience supporting architecture, engineering and/or construction teamsExperience in G-suite, SharePoint, BIM360, P6, ACCDemonstrated capability to lead decisively in challenging and intricate environmentsProven ability to influence and guide cross-functional teams towards successful delivery, even without formal authorityQuick adaptability to rapidly grasp and excel in new technical projectsSelf-motivated, proactive, and proven ability to adapt well and work with various team stylesBasic knowledge in data center engineering or constructionExceptional communication skills and ability to tailor communication to your stakeholdersWorking knowledge of LEAN tools (choosing by advantage, Last Planner / Pull Planning, Gemba, Kanban)Ability to work with a remote and geographically dispersed team (multiple time zones)General understanding of Engineering Program Management (EPM) principles, project coordination, and cross-functional delivery practicesBaseline familiarity with AI-enabled productivity tools such as Microsoft Copilot, ChatGPT, Gemini, or similar enterprise AI solutionsStrong organizational and analytical skills with the ability to synthesize information and communicate effectively across stakeholdersExperience supporting process improvement, operational change management, or construction workflow transformation initiatives preferredExperience supporting construction change management, operational transformation, or digital adoption initiativesExposure to AI-assisted reporting, automation tools, or data-driven project coordination workflowsExperience in the Construction industry as it relates to business processes or project managementExperience in the Technology industry as it relates to software implementations and administrationExperience in the Customer Service industry as it relates to software supportExperience with construction project management systems (i.e., Primavera Unifier, Microsoft Project, e-Builder, Procore, Newforma, etc.)BenefitsCompetitive compensationHealth insurance401k with employer matchFlexible PTORemote workPhilanthropic Matching Gift Program And more…Competitive benefitsRemote work experiencesFlexible work arrangementsVarious career development opportunitiesEmployee resource groupsCompany OverviewAvicado is a construction technology consultancy that offers cloud-based technologies for collaboration, communication and project controls.
