The Engineering Manager for Authentication Services will oversee the team responsible for building and evolving authentication workflows and infrastructure, ensuring secure sign-in and identity verification processes.ResponsibilitiesHelp set and support strategic direction for the teamDrive alignment and be responsible for the results of the team in support of broader company objectivesCollaborate with senior individual contributors to create an engaging technical vision for your teamWork with cross-functional partners to define the best solutions for our customers, both internal and externalWork to scope and plan key deliverables for projects and initiatives with the teamDrive execution with an emphasis on iterations and deliverables, quality, velocity, and communicationProvide technical leadership to developers both in your team and across the engineering organizationCoach individual contributors to help them reach their full potentialRecruit and retain strong contributors in a dynamic, evolving environmentContinue scaling a highly specialized engineering team by working with a team of Engineering Managers to continuously refine hiring, onboarding, and development processesSkillsSeveral years of experience managing a team of engineers and owning and operating a serviceDeep experience with cloud native infrastructure and backend technologies.
