The role involves contacting potential customers, providing demos, and advocating for customer needs within the product development team.ResponsibilitiesContact potential customers and follow up with leads to discuss how Patriot’s software can benefit their businessShowcase our software to potential customers by providing demos via video callMake connections with customers by providing personalized customer service via phone, live online chat, or email (no robots here!)Guide new customers through the initial setup processUse knowledge of Patriot’s accounting and payroll software to answer customers’ questionsBe an internal customer advocate to help influence product development and new featuresConstantly learn and expand on your software knowledge, our new features, and accounting and payroll skillsWork with a team to help solve customer problems and highlight the value of our softwareSkillsHigh School Diploma, GED, or equivalent1-2+ years of inside customer sales experience (SaaS preferred)Exceptional customer service skills, including strong verbal and written communicationProficient with technology, with the ability to quickly learn and adapt to new software and tools, including AIAble to work independently while effectively collaborating with team members through remote and in-person interactions, including attending meetings as neededMust have the ability to handle sensitive customer information securely and adhere to the company's data protection protocolsStrong attention to detail with the ability to accurately document customer interactions in a timely mannerEfficiently manage multiple tasks simultaneously, including answering customer calls, responding to emails, and handling chats.
