[Remote] Energy Regulatory Consultant - Midcontinent ISO (U.S.)

Umbrex is seeking a U.S. regulatory expert with experience in the Midcontinent Independent System Operator (MISO) region to provide advisory support on regulatory and market matters. The role involves monitoring regulatory developments, advising on tariff updates, and providing strategic guidance on compliance and regulatory risks.

ā¢ Monitor and analyze regulatory developments within the MISO region
ā¢ Advise on MISO tariff updates, market rule changes, and stakeholder processes
ā¢ Provide strategic guidance on compliance and regulatory risk considerations
ā¢ Support engagement strategy related to MISO stakeholders and regulatory bodies
Skills
ā¢ Direct regulatory experience with MISO
ā¢ Experience advising utilities, generators, or other energy market participants
ā¢ Strong understanding of U.S. wholesale power markets and ISO governance structures
ā¢ Demonstrated ability to translate regulatory developments into actionable business guidance
