The Endocrine Account Manager role is crucial for the launch of a first-in-class drug for a rare endocrine disease, requiring a patient champion with exceptional business and clinical acumen to execute product launches and build partnerships with healthcare providers and patients.ResponsibilitiesMeeting and/or exceeding sales goals in an assigned territory by developing, implementing, and executing an integrated territory business plan encompassing key customer targetsWill demonstrate subject matter expertise concerning scientific and clinical information for EncaleretWill take a customer-centric approach and engage customers in clinically relevant discussions utilizing approved materialsWill effectively analyze sales and targeting data to identify opportunities for business growth or areas of concern in their territoryBe responsible for territory business planning and execution of key company initiativesWill adhere to company guidelines and demonstrate honesty, integrity, trust, respect, and accountability and perform all responsibilities in accordance with company policies and procedures and applicable state and federal rules and regulationsWill exhibit compliant partnership with Medical Science Liaisons, Field Reimbursement, Patient Access, HUB and other key cross-functional team members to develop strategies to ensure a high level of customer satisfactionDevelop and implement a dynamic territory business plan by analyzing the ADH1 market in their territory to drive business. Develops, nurtures and maintains professional relationships with targeted HCP’s including physicians, medical staff, and key personnel and multi-disciplinary staffAnticipates potential business challenges, adjusts priorities as needed, demonstrates flexibility, and develops solutions to address challengesMaintains an exceptional level of proficiency in selling skills, clinical, market and product knowledge and the business environment of the territoryCollaborates with peers and company personnel to ensure corporate objectives and initiatives are achievedEffectively plans and organizes schedule to ensure maximum efficiency and use of time to accomplish goals and objectivesActs as an ambassador on behalf of BridgeBio. Present a professional image and represent the company, products and people with integrity and respectEnsures that all activities are following applicable regulations, compliance and Pharma guidelinesSkills8-10 years of successful experience in the pharmaceutical industry and 4+ years in Endocrine Disease and/or Nephrology requiredBS/BA Required, MBA Preferred but not requiredProduct/indication launch experience: Track record of successfully launching new products and/or new indications into highly competitive and/or new marketsStrong leadership, planning and organization, analytics, business acumen, decision making and problem-solving skillsAbility to prioritize and execute on planProven leadership skills with a history of holding oneself to a high level of accountabilityAbility to influence without authority, internally as well as externallyExcellent written and oral communication skillsExcellent skills in using remote technology and AI to engage with customers and analyze business opportunitiesAdherence to BridgeBio's high ethical standardsLarge geographies.
