Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Ascendion is seeking an experienced Employment Attorney to join their dynamic California-based team. This fully remote position involves handling a diverse caseload of employment litigation matters, including wage & hour class actions, PAGA claims, and FEHA disputes.
