[Remote] Electronics Design Engineer

They are seeking an Electronics Design Engineer to develop and validate embedded electronic devices, improve product performance, and collaborate with internal and external teams on new designs.ResponsibilitiesDeveloping, validating, and industrializing a variety of embedded electronic devices for agricultural and construction productsProvide expertise in analysis and identify solutions for current product performance improvementsAssist internal customers in proper application and implementation of the technologyResearch, develop, and evaluate design concepts including materials, specifications, equipment, and machinesEvaluate new and existing circuits for appropriate functionality and the ability to pass electrical qualification testsValidate new circuits and subsystems through utilizing simulation software and proof-of-concept prototypesPerform hardware validation, driver development, and support manufacturing programming through test flowsDetermine purpose, application, and feasibility of new or enhancement of existing products or processesCreate and update documentation for designs, and all phases of the projectParticipate in reviews of schematics, layout, IO selection, and hardware requirements for others in the teamCollaborate with external customers, distributors, vendors, and suppliers to initiate new designs and problem-solveCoordinate engineering efforts and provide engineering assistance to internal teams or external customersMaintain knowledge of new developments in the fields of engineering design, methods, and applicationsProvide and assist in training requirements for new or existing products or processesAssist in learning, understanding, continual improvements, and promoting quality management systems in accordance with ISO standardsSkillsRequires a Master's degree in Electrical and Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering or a directly related field1 year of experience as an Electrical Design Engineer or related occupation1 year of experience with CAD tools1 year of experience with schematic and PCB layout using Altium or Mentor Graphics1 year of experience with hardware testing based on industry standards, including CISPR 25, visual inspection, functional testing, and reviewing test plans1 year of experience working with external customers, suppliers, and cross-functional teams on new designs1 year of experience in research, development, and evaluation of design concepts, including materials, specifications, equipment, and machines1 year of experience in engineering design, methods, and applications, including worst case analysis, electrical network calculations, and electrical and mechanical design reviewsCompany OverviewCNH ( NYSE: CNH ) is a world-class equipment, technology and services company.
