About You
We're looking for a results-driven, open-minded sales professional who can engage in executive-level conversations and technical discussions with ease. You're a team player, a quick learner, and ideally have experience selling to large, Fortune 500 enterprises. Your consultative selling approach and ability to navigate complex, multi-team deals will be essential in this role.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct discovery sessions with prospective leads (inbound and outbound)
Deliver tailored demos of Riverside's enterprise platform to diverse buyer personas
Own the full sales cycle, from initial lead to close
Develop and nurture relationships with prospective clients, identifying expansion opportunities within organizations
Collaborate on team projects to refine our sales process and drive growth
Engage with cross-functional teams, including Business Development, Marketing, and Product, to amplify our growth trajectory
Report progress, metrics, and propose process improvements to management
Consistently meet or exceed quota to achieve team revenue and growth objectives
What You Bring
2+ years of sales closing experience in the technology sector, with a proven track record of top performance
Quick learner, creative, detail-oriented, positive, and enthusiastic team player with a strong drive to succeed
Self-starter with excellent time management skills, able to work independently and collaboratively
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
Comfortable working remotely while maintaining motivation and collaboration with colleagues
Adaptable in a fast-paced, constantly evolving environment
Strong interest in technology, with prior experience in finance or management consulting a plus
