[Remote] Electrical Engineer

They are seeking an Electrical Engineer responsible for developing high-quality electrical engineering permit drawings and construction documents, collaborating with field electricians and project managers to deliver fully constructible designs across various projects.ResponsibilitiesDevelops and prepares detailed electrical engineering permit drawings and construction installation documents to support field executionDevelops conceptual designs, sketches, and value engineering ideas to support project managers and estimators during planning and preconstructionPrepares electrical calculations, specifications, reports, and technical documentation throughout all phases of constructionUnder the supervision of a professionally licensed electrical engineer, develops, reviews, and validates engineering studies including arc flash, short circuit, overcurrent protective device coordination (OCPD), duct bank ampacity, load, lighting, and power factor correctionCoordinates with vendors and reviews shop drawings to model accurate, fully constructible electrical systems, including equipment, conduit, and cable tray within RevitParticipates in electrical construction and design-related trainingAdheres to company engineering standards and maintains strict QA/QC procedures for all deliverablesRecommends improvements to design standards, workflows, and procedures.
