This is not a review or oversight role. We’re looking for someone who is comfortable
• *owning the close, building processes, and helping scale the accounting function**
as the business moves toward public-company standards.
• *The role**
You’ll own core accounting processes across multiple entities, running and improving the close to ensure reporting is accurate, controlled, and consistently audit-ready.
A key focus will be strengthening financial discipline as the company scales. This includes building documentation, implementing controls, and helping create the operational backbone required for a public-company environment.
You’ll also partner across the business to translate accounting decisions into
• *practical systems, processes, and workflows**
that support a fast-growing organisation.
• *Who this is for**
A hands-on accounting operator with a strong US GAAP foundation and
• *deep practical understanding of revenue recognition (ASC 606)**

You should be comfortable
• *running reconciliations, journals, and balance sheet processes yourself**
, not just reviewing them. Experience building controls, improving systems, and operating in a lean environment is highly valuable.
