[Remote] EFT Risk Analyst
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. UMB Bank is a financial institution that is seeking an EFT Risk Analyst to support risk management for ACH and other payment channels. The role involves administering risk programs, conducting audits, and ensuring compliance with banking regulations while generating reports and presenting findings to management.
Responsibilities
ā¢ Complete regular reports, specialized reports, and special projects as requested
ā¢ Complete monthly analysis of statistical reporting for payment processing
ā¢ Present reporting and findings to senior & executive management monthly
ā¢ Perform self-testing of controls as well as bi-annual risk self-assessments
ā¢ Assist with gathering and reviewing data for various reviews and/or audits
ā¢ Assist with follow up from internal or external audits to resolve questions and/or outstanding items
ā¢ Identify potential process improvements and implement documentation
ā¢ Maintain policies and procedures related to job duties
ā¢ Understand and remain current on related industry activity, changes, regulations, and announcements
Skills
ā¢ Associate degree or equivalent experience
ā¢ 1 year experience with banking or financial processing or equivalent experience
ā¢ 1 year of compliance, audit, or risk experience
ā¢ ACH Accredited Professional (AAP) Certification or Accredited Payments Risk Professional (APRP) Certification
ā¢ Five (5) years of specific experience working with electronic payments and/or treasury management products/processes
ā¢ Experience working with financial risk modeling
