[Remote] Eagle IBOR Sr Project Manager

Phaxis is seeking an Eagle IBOR Sr Project Manager to lead a strategic investment data and portfolio accounting transformation initiative. This role involves coordinating cross-functional teams, managing project execution, and ensuring successful implementation of Eagle IBOR and related data management solutions.ResponsibilitiesLead and coordinate project activities across investment operations, data management, technology, and vendor teamsFacilitate project governance meetings and drive timely resolution of risks, issues, and dependenciesDevelop and maintain detailed project plans, milestones, deliverables, and status reporting for senior managementProvide regular project updates to leadership and steering committeesOversee investment data conversion and migration activities, including data analysis, mapping, validation, and reconciliation effortsCoordinate integration requirements between Eagle and upstream/downstream systemsManage project resources and ensure deliverables are completed on schedule and meet quality expectationsMaintain project documentation, business requirements, decisions, action items, and implementation artifactsCollaborate with architecture, data, accounting, and reporting teams to support solution design and implementation strategiesPartner closely with portfolio accounting, reporting, performance, and operations teams to ensure successful end-to-end deliverySupport testing, issue management, and production readiness activities throughout the implementation lifecycleEnsure project execution aligns with target operating models, business objectives, and industry best practicesSkills8+ years of project management experience within investment management, asset management, or financial services environmentsHands-on experience with Eagle Investment Systems, including Eagle IBOR, Eagle Data Management (EDM), or related Eagle platformsProven track record delivering Eagle implementation, migration, or transformation programsStrong understanding of investment data management, security master, reference data, and portfolio accounting conceptsExperience coordinating complex system integrations and data conversion initiativesFamiliarity with data mapping, data validation, reconciliation, and interface managementExperience working with Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid delivery methodologiesStrong stakeholder management, communication, and leadership skillsExperience utilizing project management and issue tracking tools such as JIRACompany OverviewPhaxis is one of the nation's leading recruiting and consulting firms.
