They are seeking a skilled Software Engineer with experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Sales and Power Platform to build and enhance business-critical applications, focusing on delivering high-quality solutions within a cross-functional Agile team.ResponsibilitiesDesign, develop, and configure solutions using Dynamics 365 Sales (CRM) and DataverseBuild and maintain Power Automate workflows to support business processesDevelop applications using Power Apps (Canvas and Model-Driven Apps)Contribute to CI/CD pipelines for Dynamics 365 and Power Platform deploymentsEnsure solutions are scalable, maintainable, and aligned with best practicesDeliver high-quality, well-tested, and reliable code and configurationsTroubleshoot and resolve issues across Dynamics, Dataverse, Power Apps, and Power AutomateParticipate in debugging, root cause analysis, and performance optimizationSupport testing activities including unit testing, integration testing, and UATWork closely with the Tech Lead and Solution Architect to implement technical designsCollaborate with the Technical Product Manager to understand and refine business requirementsParticipate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectivesCommunicate effectively with team members and stakeholders on progress, risks, and issuesFollow established coding standards, development guidelines, and governance practicesUse Git (or similar tools) for source control and version management of:Web resourcesDataverse tables and formsEnvironment variablesPower Automate flowsContribute to documentation and knowledge sharing within the teamSkills3+ years of experience working with Dynamics 365 / Power PlatformHands-on experience with: Dynamics 365 Sales and DataversePower AutomatePower Apps (Canvas & Model-driven)Experience with Git or other version control systemsStrong troubleshooting and problem-solving skillsGood verbal and written communication skillsExperience working in Agile/Scrum environmentsTake the on-call duty, including but not limited to, during nights and weekends to support Broad Arrow AuctionsExperience with CI/CD pipelines (Azure DevOps or similar)Basic knowledge of Azure services and integrationsMicrosoft certifications in Dynamics 365 or Power PlatformCompany OverviewConexess Group is an information technology company providing IT staffing and project management services.
