The Dynamics 365 Functional Manager (Finance) will own the functional leadership of the D365 F&O ERP, ensuring financial and operational processes are efficient, scalable, and aligned with business strategy.ResponsibilitiesLead FinOps initiatives and manage related projects, timelines, and deliverablesOwn functional processes across PO, AP, AR, GL, and Fixed AssetsDesign, optimize, and maintain end-to-end financial processesDocument and maintain FinOps processes and system mappingsDrive process improvements and change management initiativesStandardize business practices using Dynamics 365 F&O best practicesPartner closely with Finance, Operations, and IT teamsLead workshops and meetings with key users, SMEs, and functional leadersTranslate business requirements into functional ERP solutionsSupport month-end close activities, including accruals and reconciliationsAssist Operations with monthly P&L reviews and variance analysisMonitor daily financial operations and ongoing initiativesLead system enhancements, updates, and testing effortsMaintain functional documentation using Task Recorder and RSATAct as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for Finance-related processesSkillsBachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance5+ years of progressive finance/accounting experience with Dynamics 365 F&OStrong functional leadership and process-oriented mindsetHighly organized, detail-oriented, and self-drivenAbility to manage multiple initiatives in a fast-paced, high-growth environmentExcellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skillsStrong analytical and account reconciliation capabilitiesExperience with Task Recorder, RSAT, Logic AppsMicrosoft Dynamics 365 F&O certificationsCompany OverviewSolera is the global leader in vehicle lifecycle management software-as-a-service, data, and services.
