We're seeking an experienced Email/Chat Support Specialist to join our support team in the USA. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for providing prompt, professional, and accurate assistance to customers via email and live chat. You'll be the first point of contact for our customers, and your exceptional communication skills, problem-solving mindset, and passion for delivering exceptional service will make a significant impact on their experience.

**Key Responsibilities**

As an Email/Chat Support Specialist at careerzynith, you'll be responsible for:

* Responding promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via email and chat channels
* Resolving product or service issues by clarifying the customer's concern, determining the cause, and offering appropriate solutions
* Documenting all customer interactions clearly and accurately in the system
* Escalating complex issues to the appropriate departments when necessary
* Following up with customers to ensure their issues are resolved and they are satisfied
* Maintaining a deep understanding of the company's products, services, and policies
* Meeting or exceeding performance metrics, such as response time, resolution time, and customer satisfaction scores
* Identifying and reporting trends in customer issues to help improve service and product offerings
* Collaborating with other team members to ensure consistent and high-quality customer support

**Qualifications**

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

* A high school diploma or equivalent; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
