[Remote] Dynamics 365 Finance Business Analyst

Conspicuous is a multibillion dollar project-based organization seeking an experienced Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations Business Analyst. In this role, you will bridge business stakeholders and technical delivery teams by gathering requirements, designing solutions, and driving high-quality D365 F&O deployments in complex finance environments.ResponsibilitiesLead requirements workshops and translate outputs into functional design documents and user storiesConfigure and support D365 F&O Finance modules — GL, AP, AR, Fixed Assets, Cash & Bank, and BudgetingCollaborate with technical architects and developers on customisations, integrations, and data migrationsSupport UAT cycles, train end-users, and produce quality documentationAct as a trusted advisor to finance stakeholders throughout the project lifecycleSkillsProven hands-on experience with Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations in a BA or functional consultant capacityStrong knowledge of core finance processes and how they map to D365 F&O configurationAbility to manage stakeholder relationships confidently, from CFOs to end-usersExperience delivering full-lifecycle D365 implementations (at least one end-to-end project)Comfortable with approximately 25% travel to client sites across the USDynamics 365 Project Operations or PSA (Project Service Automation) experienceFamiliarity with Power Platform, Dataverse, or D365 CE integrationsMicrosoft Dynamics certification (e.g. MB-310)BenefitsClear route to senior BA, solution architect, or practice lead rolesSupported Microsoft certification pathway and continuous learning budgetRemote-first culture with flexibility to work from anywhere in the USCompany OverviewConspicuous is a staffing agency that offers a complete dynamics 365 recruitment and consulting services.
