Key Responsibilities • Provide top-tier customer service in Spanish, addressing inquiries and resolving issues related to financial products and services. • Assist customers with account management, product information, and transaction inquiries to ensure a seamless experience. • Document customer interactions accurately, maintaining compliance with internal policies and regulations. • Collaborate with financial advisors and other departments to facilitate account-related inquiries and problem resolution. • Stay informed about the company's financial products, policies, and industry regulations to provide accurate guidance to customers. • Engage in proactive outreach to customers, providing updates and ensuring their needs are met. • Participate in training sessions to enhance your skills and keep up-to-date with service improvements and product knowledge.
