[Remote] Driving Risk Analyst
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Global Medical Response (GMR) is dedicated to delivering compassionate, quality medical care, primarily in emergency and patient relocation services. The Driving Risk Analyst will analyze driving risk management data, prepare reports, collaborate with management to improve program processes, and support the DriveCam Program.ResponsibilitiesAnalyze Driving Risk Management data from video devices installed in the Global Medical Response (GMR) fleetPrepare & present findings to management by computer reports, graphs, charts, tables, written reports or other methodsMeet or exceed performance goalsCollaborate with peers, operations management, and safety team to recommend and implement changes to the overall program processes and infrastructure to improve efficiency and effectiveness of the programReceives re-assessment requests and DriveCam program active issues from field employees, operations leadership, Regional Directors of Safety, Safety Specialists and vendors. Resolves program related problems or issues as they occur with feedback to appropriate persons or refers the issue to the appropriate person for resolutionSupport and maintain Video Information Systems for the collection and analysis of driving performanceManage design, use and enhancements to Driving Risk Management Information SystemsCommunicate key metrics with executives and all levels of employees within the organizationMaintain confidentiality of organizational and employee informationDraft correspondence with minimal directionParticipate in the QA/QI process and conference calls regularly and as needed. Measure and report QA performance statistics and develop strategies for continual improvementSupport VP of Safety, National Quality Assurance Manager and other staff as neededMaintains effective working relationships with vendors and GMR employees to foster a productive culture of honor and respectAdherence to and compliance with information systems security is everyone’s responsibility.
