The Docketly Coverage Operations Specialist is responsible for securing attorney coverage for court hearings, negotiating fees, managing a fast-paced pipeline, and onboarding new attorneys while maintaining communication with clients.ResponsibilitiesSecure coverage on a deadline. Own a portfolio of open court hearings and work them daily by phone, text, and email to get the right attorney committed before the hearing dateNegotiate fees in real time. Hold your position on price, handle counteroffers, and extend above-standard offers when a market is tight, always protecting margin while getting to yesTriage a fast-moving pipeline. Prioritize competing hearings, make sound judgment calls quickly, and explain your reasoning clearly to your teamManage the curveballs. Handle last-minute changes, cancellations, and urgent coverage gaps with a solutions-first mindsetOnboard and support attorneys. Walk new attorneys through how Docketly works, answer their questions, and be their go-to contact so they keep saying yesKeep clients in the loop.
