**Job Overview**
As an e-File Specialist at careerzynith, you'll play a critical role in reviewing and filing legal documents using our internal systems and online platforms. You'll work closely with our e-Fulfillment and e-Filing team to collaborate on projects, resolve issues as they arise, and meet common goals. This is a remote opportunity, but you must be located in one of the following states: Indiana, Iowa, Wisconsin, North Dakota, Kentucky, Alabama, Florida, Oklahoma, Michigan, North Carolina, or South Carolina.
**Key Responsibilities**
As a Data Entry Specialist at careerzynith, your key responsibilities will include:
* Reviewing and filing legal documents using internal systems and email
* Participating in ongoing training to expand your knowledge of the industry and process
* Investigating discrepancies as they arise
* Completing additional projects as assigned
* Collaborating with the e-Fulfillment and e-Filing team to meet common goals
**Qualifications**
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
* No experience necessary; data entry experience is a plus
* Tech experience is strongly preferred
* The ability to read, write, and speak English
* A high school diploma or GED
* The ability to perform repetitive tasks with accuracy
* Exceptional attention to detail
* A desire and ability to be a team player
* Experience and basic proficiency with Microsoft Office
* A typing speed of at least 50 to 60 wpm
