[Remote] Division Finance Manager

They are seeking a high-performing Finance Manager to support their Industrials Division, focusing on financial reporting, ARR analysis, and strategic decision-making across multiple business units.ResponsibilitiesOwn recurring ARR, revenue, and operational reporting across the Industrials DivisionLead monthly and quarterly forecasting processes, including variance analysis and executive reporting packagesAnalyze SaaS performance metrics including ARR, retention, bookings, churn, margins, and operating leverageSupport multi-business unit financial consolidation and performance analysisBuild and maintain financial models used for planning, forecasting, and operational decision-makingPartner with divisional leadership to identify risks, opportunities, and performance improvement initiativesAssist with acquisition onboarding and post-acquisition financial integration effortsImprove reporting processes, data quality, and financial visibility across acquired businessesSupport budgeting, strategic planning, and board/investor-related financial analysisWork cross-functionally with accounting, operations, data, and executive leadership teamsHelp drive process standardization and change management initiatives across portfolio companiesSkills5+ years of progressive finance, FP&A, or strategic finance experiencePrior experience supporting SaaS or software businesses requiredExperience working within multi-entity or multi-business unit environmentsStrong understanding of SaaS metrics including ARR, retention, margin analysis, and forecastingAdvanced financial modeling and analytical skillsExperience with Workday Adaptive Planning / Adaptive Insights requiredStrong Excel and financial systems experienceAbility to operate effectively in a fast-moving, high-accountability environment with competing prioritiesStrong communication and executive presentation skillsSelf-starter mentality with a willingness to dive into details while maintaining strategic perspectiveExperience supporting acquisition integration, M&A environments, or private equity-backed organizations strongly preferredCompany OverviewCordance is dedicated to accelerating the growth of vertically focused business-to-business (B2B) software-as-a-service (SaaS) companies.
