Position: Personal Logistics / Planning Expert
Type:Contract
Compensation:$55ā$70/hour
Location:Remote
Role Responsibilities
ā¢ Develop long-horizon planning tasks with deterministic rubrics for agent evaluation in personal logistics.
ā¢ Create scenarios in travel, household logistics, and event planning with checkable answers.
ā¢ Evaluate multi-stop trips, contractor shortlists, and move checklists against defined criteria.
ā¢ Coordinate multi-party events considering availability and location constraints.
ā¢ Work independently and focus on challenging tasks requiring long sessions.
Qualifications
Must-Have
ā¢ 3+ years in travel planning, concierge work, executive support, or project management.
ā¢ Expertise in complex travel planning, contractor shortlisting, household move coordination, or multi-party event planning.
ā¢ Proficient in reading and producing logistics artifacts: itineraries, contractor shortlists, move checklists, comparison tables.
ā¢ Clear written communication with the ability to articulate reasoning step by step.
