As a key member of our travel advisory team, you will have the unique opportunity to share your expertise and love for Disney destinations and the love and passion to help others experience a Magical whole new world, by helping clients in planning their magical dream vacations.

Key Responsibilities:
• Collaborate with clients to understand their preferences, interests, and budget for their Disney vacation.
• Leverage your extensive knowledge of Disney theme parks, resorts, entertainment, dining, and special experiences to craft personalized travel itineraries.
• Provide expert advice on the best times to visit, recommended attractions, shows, and dining options to enhance the Disney experience.
• Coordinate and book accommodations, park tickets, dining reservations, and other special arrangements for clients.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest Disney offerings, events, and promotions to provide clients with the most current information.
• Assist clients in navigating the My Disney Experience platform and other relevant tools for planning and managing their trips.
• Offer tips, tricks, and insider insights to maximize the value and enjoyment of each Disney vacation.
• Address client inquiries, concerns, and changes with professionalism and a genuine desire to provide exceptional service.
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions, itineraries, and bookings.

Requirements

Qualifications:
• Knowledge of Disney theme parks, resorts, characters, and experiences.
• Previous experience in travel advisory, customer service, or a related field is a plus.

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail to create well-structured and comprehensive travel plans.
• Customer-focused attitude with a dedication to delivering exceptional service and memorable experiences.
• Proficiency in using relevant booking platforms, travel tools, and Disney-related resources.
• Ability to manage multiple client interactions and itineraries simultaneously.
