They are seeking a Director for Transaction Advisory Services and Financial Due Diligence who will lead the financial due diligence process and manage client relationships, ensuring high-quality advisory services tailored to client needs.ResponsibilitiesLeads the end-to-end project management, work plan development, process, and project execution. Manages client team to deliver project goals in a timely and resource efficient manner. Effectively communicate across all stakeholders. Drive optimal outcomes for all stakeholders, while meeting and/or exceeding client expectationsIndependently manage due diligence, quality of earnings, and other transaction advisory related services to support Embarc clients that are looking at growing through acquisitions or preparing for saleDevelops and prepares audience-appropriate materials, including quality of earnings databooks and financial due diligence reports etcAnalyzes financial/operational results of targets through reviewing accounting records and conducting interviews with managementCultivates and maintains strong relationships with client leadership and key staff. Identify opportunities where Embarc's financial and strategic services (e.g., capital raising, M&A, and strategic finance) may accelerate the client's strategic plan and align with their key business objectives.
