[Remote] Director, Technology Product Management

JLL is a leading global provider of real estate and investment management services, and they are seeking a Director of Technology Product Management to lead product strategy and execution for their data center technology portfolio and robotics initiatives. The role requires a hands-on leader with expertise in data center infrastructure and automation technologies to drive product decisions and innovation across their technology stack.ResponsibilitiesWork in partnership with the business to define strategy and roadmap for JLL's comprehensive data center technology stack, including infrastructure automation, DCIM/BMS/NOC systems, and intelligent operations platformsManage product integration across our JLL Smart Building Platform/IOC (Intelligent Operations Center) and global data center operationsLead research and product development initiatives for robotics applications within workplace management operationsEvaluate and recommend automation solutions that enhance our delivery, operations, and actualization capabilitiesDrive innovation in analytics, diagnostics, and workflow automation technologiesWork closely with REMs Workplace Management business division to identify technology requirements and translate business needs into technical specificationsManage customer-facing platforms including developer consoles, APIs, billing systems, and customer portals (Supermicro Supercloud integration)Lead cross-functional teams to deliver products that integrate seamlessly with existing CMMS, ticketing, and security ecosystemsSkills7+ years of product management experience with 4+ years specifically in data center infrastructure, cloud computing, or enterprise hardware solutionsDeep technical knowledge of data center operations, including DCIM systems, network hardware, server infrastructure, and storage solutionsKnowledge of server and network storage and infrastructure automation managementExperience with IoT platforms, building management systems (BMS), and network operations centers (NOC)Background in robotics, automation, or emerging workplace technologiesExperience with Supermicro, Hitachi, Lumen, or similar enterprise infrastructure vendorsKnowledge of intelligent building platforms and smart building technologiesPrevious experience in facilities management or workplace services technologyBenefits401(k) plan with matching company contributionsComprehensive Medical, Dental & Vision CarePaid parental leave at 100% of salaryPaid Time Off and Company HolidaysEarly access to earned wages through Daily PayCompany OverviewWe’re a leading professional services firm that specializes in real estate and investment management.
