**Key Responsibilities**

As a remote customer support representative, you'll be responsible for:

* Providing exceptional customer service to arenaflex clients via phone, email, and chat support
* Managing and resolving customer inquiries and issues in a timely and professional manner
* Collaborating with our overseas admin team to ensure seamless support ticket handling and efficient listing management
* Working independently, with minimal supervision, to manage your workload and prioritize tasks effectively
* Participating in ongoing training and professional development to enhance your skills and knowledge
* Contributing to the growth and success of arenaflex by identifying opportunities for process improvement and suggesting innovative solutions

**Essential Qualifications**

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

* Excellent organizational skills and task management ability
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers and colleagues
* Proficiency in English (native speaker preferred)
* Ability to work independently, with minimal supervision
