They are seeking a highly experienced Director of Stock Administration responsible for managing the administration of the company’s equity plans, ensuring accurate processing and compliance, and collaborating with cross-functional partners.ResponsibilitiesManage international compliancePartner with other functional leads (including in Legal, HR, Payroll, Accounting and Finance) to develop processes which ensure the accuracy of all equity data including all aspects of record-keeping, withholding, reporting, reconciliation and auditing. Ensure proper taxation is applied to all equity exercises and releasesEnsure regulatory compliance for Section 16 executive and Board members and assist in the preparation of SEC Form filingsManage the reporting, reviewing, and tracking of 10b5-1 trading plansLead and assist with ad-hoc projectsCreate stock reports as requested; assist with stock-related disclosures and with internal, external auditsConduct various stock analysis, modeling, and testingEnsure that all forms of equity compensation are administered following the terms and conditions of the plan(s) under which they are grantedManage the overall quarterly calendar of various stock administration related activitiesImplement educational sessions, presentations, and communication materials for the global employee base to support understanding of equity programs and policiesProvide a superior level of service, prioritizing and satisfying multiple questions and requests from employees, management, and others supporting employee understanding of stock plan services, enrollment, and transactionsAssist efforts to improve the stock administration function, including improving and introducing additional best practices with controls, automating routine workstreams and paperwork processes to ensure more efficient, accurate, and processing of stock administration matters and reportsLead system improvement and implementation as needed. Assist with mobility and international reporting compliance from an equity perspectiveAssist with the equity program communication and employee educationParticipate in the conversion and assumption of equity awards as required with M&AProcess or support bi-annual ESPP purchases and quarterly RSU releasesParticipate in the preparation of the annual proxy filing, including providing and reviewing equity data included in the documentSkillsMinimum of 9 years of stock administration experienceOutstanding analytical, communication and organizational skillsExcellent business judgement, strategic thinking and ability to manage multiple prioritiesDetail oriented with a high degree of accuracyAbility to inspire action and coordinate simultaneous initiativesIntellectually curious with an aptitude for creative problem-solving and analysisMust be a dependable teammate, ready to collaborate with multiple cross-functional partners (ie.
