The role involves coordinating program activities, managing communications, and applying structured program management methods to ensure successful execution and alignment with organizational priorities.ResponsibilitiesSupport execution of high-priority and quick-turnaround requests across the AI HK portfolioCoordinate program activities for key AI initiatives, including support for rollout and adoption effortsIdentify gaps, open actions, dependencies, and execution risks across AI HK initiatives and help drive them to closureTrack milestones, deliverables, decisions, and action items to ensure timely progress and follow-upProvide support for budget planning, tracking, and reportingDraft, coordinate, and manage AI HK communications, leadership updates, and stakeholder messagingPartner with cross-functional stakeholders to align on priorities, owners, and timelinesEscalate blockers, risks, and support needs as appropriateApply structured program management and continuous improvement methods to improve execution and visibilityHelp establish and maintain standard ways of working using FLIGHT DECK fundamentals such as Standard Work, Daily & Visual Management, Operating Cadences, Action Planning, and Problem SolvingSkillsBachelor's degree from accredited university or college with minimum of 5 years of professional experience OR Associates degree with minimum of 8 years of professional experience OR High School Diploma with minimum of 10 years of professional experienceMinimum 5 years of professional experience in program management, project management, business operations, or initiative coordinationLegal authorization to work in the U.S. is required.
