They are seeking a Director, Sales - Service Solutions to lead a team of Service Solutions Executives, drive revenue growth, and improve deal outcomes within the acute care hospital segment.ResponsibilitiesLead, coach, and develop a team of Service Solutions Executives to exceed performance goalsElevate team capabilities in complex solution selling and stakeholder navigationEstablish clear expectations, accountability, and performance rhythmsDrive a high-performance culture focused on results, ownership, and continuous improvementEngage directly in late-stage, complex deals to shape strategy and outcomesStructure solutions, pricing, and contracts to balance growth and marginImprove win rates, deal size, and pipeline conversion across hospital systemsGuide teams through multi-stakeholder decision processes and long sales cyclesPartner with Account Executives to align territory strategy and account plansBuild executive-level relationships across HTM, Clinical Engineering, Supply Chain, and FinanceEnsure solutions align to customer operational and financial prioritiesStrengthen strategic alignment between customer needs and PartsSource offeringsDrive forecasting accuracy, pipeline discipline, and deal inspection rigorCollaborate with Pricing, Legal, Finance, and Service Delivery on deal executionOptimize sales processes to improve efficiency and scalabilityLeverage data and insights to inform decision-making and performance improvementSkills8–12+ years of experience in healthcare services sales, solution selling, or related fieldDeep understanding of acute care hospital environments, including HTM and supply chain dynamicsProven success closing or influencing complex deals ($250K–$1M+)Strong financial and commercial acumen, including pricing and contract structuringExperience leading or mentoring high-performing sales teams or overlay specialistsExperience with multi-vendor service models or healthcare service solutionsBenefitsCompetitive compensation package with
