Volunteer: Graphic Design Support for Key Sales Materials
This is a volunteer opportunity provided by Taproot Foundation, a nonprofit creating social change through pro bono connections.
We are looking for a graphic designer to improve the design and consistency of our existing materials, including: Corporate Partnership Pitch Deck Company Profile Donor Presentations These materials already exist in Canva. We need support to refine layout, improve visual hierarchy, and create a more professional, cohesive look. The goal is to upgrade, not redesign from scratch.
Stronger design will help us better engage partners and donors by presenting our work in a clear, credible, and compelling way. This will improve our ability to secure partnerships and funding, ultimately enabling us to scale our education and health programs and reach more underserved communities globally.
We have: Prepared all core content and existing drafts Aligned internally on messaging, structure, and priorities Identified the key materials that need immediate improvement We will provide the volunteer with full access to Canva files, brand elements, and reference materials, along with clear direction, prioritized feedback, and regular check-ins to ensure efficient progress and strong outcomes.
