[Remote] Director, Program Strategy & Implementation

The Director of Program Strategy & Implementation will lead key initiatives, strengthen partnerships, and drive organizational priorities from vision to action.ResponsibilitiesLead implementation of priority programs, initiatives, and strategic projectsManage cross-functional work across Programs, Political Strategy, Communications, Advising, Development, Finance, and OperationsBuild and maintain relationships with partners, movement leaders, and stakeholdersCoordinate convenings, trainings, briefings, and strategic meetingsDevelop implementation plans, project timelines, and accountability systemsTranslate partner insights and field intelligence into strategic recommendationsSupport donor engagement, strategic communications, and organizational planning effortsSkills7+ years of experience in advocacy, organizing, politics, philanthropy, civic engagement, or movement-buildingStrong project management and implementation, including experience working across teams and driving projects to completionWork experience with some combination of electoral strategy, narrative strategy, grantmaking, and movement-building ecosystemsExcellent writing, facilitation, and communication skillsAbility to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environmentStrong relationship-building and stakeholder management skillsFamiliarity with c3, c4, PAC, political, advocacy, or philanthropic environments is a plusBenefitsCompetitive benefits package including healthcare, retirement, flexible time off, and organizational closures.National medical, dental, vision (100% covered) plansEmployer paid HSA/FSA contribution401K with 6% employer non-election contributionFlexible paid time offPaid holidays plus the week between Christmas and New Years DayWork from home stipend for employeesCompany OverviewWay to Win is a home base that seeks a strategic approach to political funding that wins elections and advances transformative policy.
