The Director of Operations is responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations within a designated region, managing field employees, and ensuring high-quality service delivery while analyzing regional financial performance.ResponsibilitiesResponsible for supporting a platform of practices and managing field employees and supported practicesProvide outstanding leadership for a geographically dispersed team, recruit key hires, and implement training and cross training to strengthen service offeringsResponsible for developing a high level of excellence with the administrative and operations staff of supported practicesDrive a strong culture and environment that will support and enable all team members to be successful. Foster accountability, teamwork and mutual trust and respect for all team members through mentoring and coaching activitiesWork with team members to ensure that patients of supported practices are highly satisfied with their experiencesMonitor regional KPIs and develop action plans when needed; Responsible for regional P&L outputsRegional Revenue cycle managementCoordinate monthly meetings and ongoing training for staffTroubleshoot and triage potential issues to identify root causeWork collaboratively in partnership within LifeStance leadership to contribute to process improvements, tools or resources to enhance the customer and patient experienceOther duties as assignedSkillsBachelor's degree7+ years of operational management within a healthcare settingKnowledge and experience with clinical operationsKnowledge of clinical information systems such as EMR, MAR, PACS, Registration, OE, CPOE, etcAbility to learn new technology while gaining proficiency in several EMR/EHRs; gain proficiency in new technologies.
