They are seeking a Director of Project Management and Implementations to oversee the leadership of hospital project implementations, ensuring key milestones and timelines are met while collaborating with various stakeholders.ResponsibilitiesOversees the Implementations Project Management Team including direct supervision of Project ManagersManages multiple concurrent strategic initiatives that impact the company as a wholeParticularly focused on scaling and growth (e.g., implementation of new site locations including system implementation, optimization/stabilization, and internal initiatives)Supports VP Operations & Integrations and other executive team members with continuous process improvements for project initiatives, procedures, and processes to align with Intuitive Health best practicesImplements continuous improvement of communication and support provided to internal and external stakeholders during project initiatives to ensure client satisfaction and achievement of financial objectives and key deliverablesSkillsBachelor's degree required (Business or Healthcare Administration preferred), graduate degree preferredPMP (PMI certified project manager) preferredMinimum of 5 years of project management experience in a matrixed environmentMinimum of 3 years of experience in healthcareExperience in construction project management helpfulProficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPointExperience working with a project management tool, Smartsheet experience a plusCompany OverviewIntuitive Health is an operator of emergency room and urgent care clinics It was founded in 2008, and is headquartered in Plano, Texas, USA, with a workforce of 501-1000 employees.
